From requirements to a vehicle record

A sourcing enquiry starts a commercial discussion. It does not itself create an order or establish payment terms. Identification, assessment, included equipment, preparation and release responsibilities should be agreed for the actual candidate. For a batch, the dealer-order method keeps a shared brief alongside individual vehicle records.

Destination eligibility and logistics require current, vehicle-specific review by the responsible providers. Any warranty or service offer needs its own written terms. The buyer should be able to distinguish confirmed information from a reference or an unresolved question throughout the discussion.
